Payment, Returns & Cancellations
For non-account holders, payment is required with order. We accept cash, cheque, all major debit and credit cards, PayPal or banker’s drafts.
We only sell products we believe in and do our best to make sure we’re supplying quality goods at very competitive prices. If, however, you feel you need to return something, please email us at email@example.com, including your order number, what you would like to return and why and include any pictures if appropriate.
If you are returning a faulty or incorrectly-supplied product, we will cover the cost of returning them via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (please do not send them via Special Delivery), up to the value of £10. If the postage costs will be greater than £10, please contact us (on 01995 643999) and we will arrange for the item(s) to be collected. Please read our full returns policy, available on our Terms and Conditions page before submitting any return.
Please check your item(s) as soon as you receive them; if they have been damaged in transit, you must inform us within 24 hours in order to submit the claim with the carrier.
Until the point it is dispatched, you can cancel your order by calling us on 01995 643999 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and quoting your order number (you can find this in the order confirmation email). If your order has already been dispatched, it will have to be processed as a return.
